Our Senses

This is the pleasure we get via inputs through the 5 senses of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste. We can observe and/or experience happiness through our senses.

Our Learning

A person who finds joy in learning and can maintain that joy, is able to maintain equilibrium in the face of adversity and maintain a sense of serenity and tranquilly.

Our Feelings

We intrinsically desire feelings of affection, care, gratitude, and respect in all interactions, including those with friends, family, and society. These feelings determine the value of our relationships.

Our Awareness

This involves clarity of thought, self-awareness, focus, mindfulness, and finding meaning and purpose in life.

Happiness Classes

Supporting students in their journey to sustainable happiness through engagement in meaningful and reflective stories and activities.

Class I & Class II

The curriculum designed consists of mindfulness activities, simple stories and basic reflective activities. This is done keeping in mind their developmental age as these students are more expressive and able to engage in conversation.

Class III to Class V

These classes focus on developmentally age appropriate mindfulness activities, evocative stories, reflective activities and self-expression. The students learn to cooperate in group settings, are more expressive and begin to develop their own point of view.

Class VI to Class VIII

The curriculum offers age appropriate mindfulness activities, thought provoking stories, reflective activities and self-expression. These students can reflect better, gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, and positively transform their behaviour.

It provided me with a small chunk of positivity that I find in everyday life, amidst the general insecurity, general apprehension and negativity that we face daily.
